Park officials have found that a female grizzly bear that died was pierced by the sharp horns of a mountain goat. A mountain goat was able to fend off a grizzly bear attack with its sharp horns.

In the Canadian Rocky Mountain West it’s not so unusual for a large grizzly bear to kill a smaller mountain goat. But the predator became the prey this time at Yoho National Park in British Columbia.
