The Indiana University football team returned to Indianapolis on Tuesday afternoon without any fanfare, but fans will have a chance to celebrate their College Football Playoff National Championship victory on Saturday in Bloomington.

Indiana football leaned on a Miami native to close out a 27-21 win over Miami in the CFP title game on Monday night.

Indiana quarterback and Heisman winner Fernando Mendoza scored the winning touchdown on a fourth-down run.
